April 21, 2013

Sulli spent the majority of March and April sick with one cold or another.  He seems healthy now so we are enjoying a non-snotty kid for a change.  Ben's company has had a pretty amazing month with lots of press and a very successful art show during the first Friday art walk.  We are keeping our fingers crossed and Ben and his partners are working their tails off to make the business work.  My job has gotten a bit more stable.  We are no longer moving from our awesome location, but the hospital is instead moving more people in with us.  Ugh, so we will still have to give up space to fit the new people in.  I won't have to give up any of my clinic space though so that's good.

What does this look like to you?  I thought a puppy without eyes. Nope, it's Sulli's butt.  Enjoy.

Last ski of the season

We are having nice spring days, but it still snows quite a bit too.  It's weird.  We are supposed to get several inches tonight for instance.  Tis the season for layers baby.

Cooper kept watch over Sulli while he was so sick

So did Daddy

Somehow, grey Babo (who is actually the original Babo) has made it into the exclusive babo sleep club.  Grey hung out with Sulli in his isolet in the Nicu so I'm glad he is finally getting the respect he deserves.

I am training for a 130 mile road bike ride set to take place in June.  I have no clue if I'll make it or not because this road biking shit is hard!  But I do get some wonderful views on my rides.

Like this one

I am riding again too, thanks to Adrian's Mom.  This may be one of the sweetest horses I have ever ridden.

One of Sulli's teachers texted me this pic the other day.  Sulli and Reesey are having a tea party.

We had an easter brunch and egg hunt at our house with Sage and family.  Why don't we eat brunch more often, it's so perfect!

Can't leave Ely out!

Ben printed these bunny teeth for the kids.  They humored us but these things were pretty uncomfortable.

Too much chocolate

Sulli is totally a badass at riding his bike without training wheels.  He can get on and start pedaling all by himself now too.  We rode to the park the other day and it was the first time I rode my bike and he rode his.  Before I would have to walk with him to make sure he didn't kill himself.  It's still scary sometimes because he steers like a drunkard, but it's also really cool.

Inspired by his spiderman shirt I guess

More cuteness from family dinner night

Mason and Andrew got this giant ball.  Sulli loved it and, as he was rolling around, kept mentioning at the top of his lungs that "Mason and Andrew got this at Costco Mom, Costco..."  Think he was dropping hints.

Sulli is quite adept at climbing trees these days

And jumping out of them

Haven't seen long shadows in a while

Sulli is still rocking in out in ballet.  He will have a performance in May.

We made light sabers out of wrapping paper rolls and duct tape.  Way cooler than the store bought variety evidently.  Lots of epic light saber battles have ensued.

Sulli has mad love for Boston.  What a week...
