It's leaf jumping season!

I love the light this time of year

Sulli and I almost killed each other on that hike.  I thought we might be spending the night on that mountain.

We worked it out

Sulli and Nunu finished their first 5k.  They were awesome.

We bought all sorts of sweet costumes for dress-up.  Halloween is the best time to get dress-up stuff second hand.

Sulli's school had another art show. They made masks for Day of the Dead and told stories about the masks.  

They were very creative!

Callie dressed as a dinosaur.  She kept thwacking the kids with her tail.

We had 2 pumpkin carvings here after the deer ate our first batch

Our sunset at 10:30 has been replaced with 5:00.  Daylight savings makes no sense to me!

It is getting colder but we are still having days warm enough to throw rocks in the river

Some lunatic surfing on Brennan's Wave 

Shred Fest.  They made snow in Caras Park and created a snowboard ramp.  Then they had a competition. It was pretty impressive.  Sulli came up to me after watching a bit and yelled "I can't wait to go skiing!"

Snow will replace the leaves soon.  We can't wait!
